Registration dates will be advertised in school newsletters in term 1.
The proposed training schedule is under the 'Junior Hockey/Junior Grades' section of our website and could be subject to change. Coaches/Managers will contact you to confirm training sessions for your childs team.
The Central Otago Hockey Season runs from approximately April - September. Junior teams are predominantly Term 2 of the school year - with some pre-season training prior to season and finals early Term 3 for the older junior grades.
Training for all grades takes place at the Events Centre Multi Purpose Turf.
Once the draw has been confirmed by Central Otago Hockey Association (mid April) your Coaches/Managers will email you and we will post it on our Website and Facebook Page.
The Wakatipu Hockey Club provides uniform tops and bottoms. Players are required to supply their own stick, shin guards, mouth guard and Wakatipu coloured socks (pale blue with navy tops).
Our volunteer rate is a discounted price for those who are able to assist the club - either as a Committee Member, Coach, Team Manager or Volunteer for a fundraiser or event.
