​Junior Hockey Players

The Central Otago Hockey Season runs from approximately April - September.  Junior teams are predominantly Term 2 of the school year - with some pre-season training prior to season and finals early Term 3 for the older junior grades. 

Training for all grades takes place at the Queenstown Events Centre multipurpose turf. The draw is run by Central Otago Hockey Association in mid-April and will be shared by Coaches/Managers once it is available.

The Wakatipu Hockey Club provides uniform tops and bottoms. Players are required to supply their own stick, shin guards, mouth guard and Wakatipu coloured socks (pale blue with navy tops).
